Christo & Manya’s wedding was held on the 24^th of March 2012 at Ekukhanyeni Guest House, situated on the R37 between Nelspruit and Sabie, Mpumalanga.  Renowned Pastor André Myburg, from the AGS Nelspruit church, officiated their ceremony.  Their unique reception dinner was held in the farm shed.

Manya’s hair was styled by Romano and her make-up done by Mignonne, both of whom are from Michaelangelo Hair & Beauty Salon in Nelspruit.  Her elegant dress, jewellery & accessories are from Pink Chilly Bridal in Benoni.

Manya Irons Senior, Manya’s mother, also known as the “wedding planner” and “florist” did a brilliant job of putting their entire wedding together and ensured that everything went perfectly smooth on the day.  Peter Irons, Manya’s father, provided mouth-watering catering and even baked their wedding cake.

The magnificent horse on which Christo made his grand entrance at the ceremony belongs to Sean Eggersglusz at Eggys Farrier Services.  Hendrik from Mpumalanga Sound & AV Hire in Nelspruit was the DJ on the day.

Chris & Michelle were married by Dr. Jan Vink on the 10^th of March 2012.  Their wedding was held at Umbhaba Lodge near Hazyview.

Michelle’s dress is from Bride & Co.  She did her own make-up and had Marina from Hazyview (+27 83 627 1411) to style her hair.  Chris was dressed by Black Tie, his watch and cufflinks are precious family possessions, passed down from previous generations.  Jewellery came from Deon le Roux Jewellers & Roma.

Décor & flowers were done by The Event Lab, with special mention to Candice Aucamp who also assisted Michelle greatly with all the other arrangements.  Bernadette Cupcakes from Johannesburg (+27 82 377 9861) baked the wedding cake whilst Cool Music Productions captured the day on digital video and supplied the sound & music.

Hardus & Nicola’s wedding was held just outside Nelspruit on the 25^th of February 2012.  Rev. Jakobs performed the ceremony on their very special day.

Nicola’s hair was styled by Santie at Salon Shalante whilst Louise & Yolandi from Pure Heaven took care of everyone’s make-up.  Nicola’s dress is from The Wedding Box and Hardus’ suit from Nevilles.  Their wedding cake came from Becky Bakes.  Flowers were done by Rikki Classen and Johan Blom was the DJ.

Yarema & Lisa, my new found friends from Canada, eloped to the South African bushveld and got married at the private Notten’s Bush Camp in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.  Their ceremony was officiated by Dr. Jan Vink on the 16^th of February 2012.  The friendly staff at Notten’s, with special mention to Sherine & Chase, truly made their visit a memorable occasion.

Adriaan & Jessica’s wedding was held at Nou’s Toeka near Nelspruit on the 11^th of February 2012.  Rev. Kobus Fouche conducted their ceremony.

Maxine Steenkamp took great care of all the wedding arrangements whilst her husband, Gideon, was the master of ceremony. The talented girls from Boulevard 55 (+27 13 741 3790), Marsan & Alicia, did Jessica’s hair & make-up.  Jessica’s dress is from Angies Bridal.  Nelspruit Flower Market did beautiful flower arrangements and Anton Lessing was the DJ for the evening.
